Wirtgen Group has agreed to be sold to John Deere & Company

Wirtgen – Vögele – Hamm – Kleemann – Benninghoven

It has been mentioned that the total agreed selling price is approx. 4.6 billion Euro.

The Wirtgen brothers will hand over the management of the company by the end of the fiscal year.
