Certified to DIN EN ISO 9001
IME has operated an externally certified quality management system to DIN EN ISO 9001 for many years. For us this is not a certificate on the wall but daily practice: every step from enquiry and quotation to picking and dispatch follows clearly defined, documented processes that are reviewed regularly. For you this means consistent quality regardless of who handles your case – and traceability should anything ever need clarifying.
Genuine parts only
IME supplies exclusively genuine manufacturer parts. So there is no debate about what you receive: the part the manufacturer intended for your machine – in fit, material and service life. No grey areas, no misdeclared deliveries, no surprises during installation. Especially for load-bearing components, hydraulics and engine parts this pays off: genuine quality protects the machine, the warranty and your schedule.
Accurate fit through clean identification
The most common quality problem in the parts trade is the wrong part. That is why we identify cleanly before every quotation: by part number, machine type and, where necessary, the serial number from the type plate. We would rather ask one more question than have a machine waiting for a part that does not fit. Our quotation then states availability, price and delivery time bindingly.
Training and development
Industry-specific training for staff and customers has a high priority at IME. Series change, electronics and emission stages bring new components – well-trained staff handle these changes confidently and advise you at the current state of the art.
