We would like to reply to several requests we got from our customers all over the world if IME is continuing working and how we are handling the situation.
Germany is also affected by the Corona virus like most countries in the world. Our schools are closed. Many industries, including the automotive industry, slowed down and have only a minimum number of staff for emergency requirements.
But be sure, that IME is there for you.
We, as IME, have adopted appropriate measures to protect the health of our employees and to ensure the business continuity. We are following the recommendations of the local centers for disease control and prevention (Robert Koch Institut) and the instructions of local authorities. We have built two different teams, which are alternating. In case one team is affected, the other team can take over without any delay.
Furthermore, we have taken proactive measures with our logistic partners. There haven been worked out different delivery plans to fulfill our customer´s orders. We supplied all orders as requested by our customers without any delays.
The IME Team is aiming to ensure the maximum of service for our customers and whatever they expect from us.
We want to thank you for all the trust you are placing in us during this force majeure situation . It makes us very proud!
