In order to be able to offer you the service you are used to in the future, we are constantly developing. In the coming year, the company will be undergoing several changes.

New management at IME GmbH as of January 2023

At the 1st January 2023, the management of IME will change. The founder and managing director Rainer Fischer will pass the responsibility to the next generation who will be the current authorised officer Claudius Witte. Claudius is a familiar face to our customers. Not only he has several years of experience as sales manager, but he also supports Mr Fischer in running the company.  Although Mr Fischer will not be involved any more in the daily business activities, his face, however, will remain with the company. He will act as consultant and supervise the construction of the new premises in Gailhof.

The new IME premises

Future-oriented, modern and determined. IME GmbH will move into new premises in the current financial year 2023. For this purpose, the company is moving closer to Hanover, more specifically to Gailhof. The official groundbreaking ceremony took place on 7 October 2022, as reported in the HAZ newspaper, among others. We continue to be directly connected to the A7 motorway and thus offer a direct connection for delivery traffic. In addition to an office building, which will be tailored to suit the employees personality and their needs, a new logistics hall is also planned, which will be equipped with two gates so that delivery traffic can enjoy a smooth arrival and departure. In addition, there are solar panels on the roof that will supply the business with green energy in the future.

IME GmbH – Worldwide player since 1984

IME GmbH is a globally operating company based in Berkhof-Wedemark in Germany that sells spare parts for a wide range of construction machinery and has been doing so since 1984. Specialising in exports, IME GmbH reaches customers worldwide. No distance is too far for our company. We can supply even the most remote places. Well-known brands such as Bomag, Atlas Copco, Dynapac, the Wirtgen Group and countless others are in the company’s product range. There is hardly a machine that we cannot supply with parts.

How does the IME works?

IME GmbH relies on the just-in-time principle, which allows us to work flexibly and quickly. This means that we are not keeping a warehouse, but we are working closely with our partners so that every order finds its way to the customer as quickly as possible. Regardless of whether it’s a screw or an entire engine, we process every order with the same care and reliability. This also implies that our logistics department carefully checks the delivered parts before they are sent to the customer, so that we can maintain our high quality standards.

Of course, our customers see and hear little about this. The contact with them is established by our qualified sales staff, who are responsible for preparing quotations, order processing and support. In order to offer the best possible service here too.

This is how IME GmbH works today and we promise our worldwide customers  that we will continue to be there for them and provide them with the best possible service. From 2023 onwards, under new management, but with the same focus on customer satisfaction, flexibility and trust.
