The controller responsible for data processing on this website is: IME - GmbH Industrie Maschinen Ersatzteile Bremer Ring 1 30900 Wedemark, Germany Phone: +49 5130 9792-0 Email: [email protected]

Hosting

This website is operated on the Google Cloud Platform (Cloud Run and Cloud SQL) in the europe-west3 region (Frankfurt am Main, Germany) and thus within the European Union. A data processing agreement (DPA) pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR is in place with the provider Google. Processing takes place solely for the purpose of operating this website securely and reliably.

Server Log Files

When you access this website, information is automatically recorded in so-called server log files that your browser transmits. This includes in particular: IP address, date and time of access, browser and operating system used, referrer URL, and the URL accessed. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR; our legitimate interest lies in the secure and trouble-free operation of the website. This data is stored only for a short period and then deleted.

Enquiries and Contact

If you contact us via the request form (/request), by email or by phone, we process the data you provide solely to handle your enquiry and any follow-up questions. The associated emails are sent via our service provider Resend. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures) and Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in handling enquiries efficiently).

Cookies and Consent

This website uses cookies and similar technologies. We set technically necessary cookies on the basis of Section 25 (2) no. 2 of the German Telecommunications Digital Services Data Protection Act (TDDDG) and Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. The cookie "NEXT_LOCALE" stores your language selection (lifetime: 1 year). The cookie "ime_consent" stores your decision in the cookie banner (lifetime: 6 months). All other cookies and the analytics and marketing services described below (Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising) are only used if you choose "Accept all" in the cookie banner on your first visit. The legal basis is then your consent pursuant to Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR and Section 25 (1) TDDDG. If you choose "Essential only", these services remain disabled. Via "Choose" you can also grant consent for individual categories only (statistics, marketing). You can withdraw or change your consent at any time with effect for the future by clicking "Cookie settings" in the page footer. No third-party fonts are loaded; all fonts are self-hosted.

Google Tag Manager

We use Google Tag Manager, provided by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland ("Google"). Tag Manager is a tool through which we integrate and control the analytics and marketing services described below. It does not set cookies itself and does not process personal data beyond the technical communication required to deliver the script (in particular your IP address). We use Google Consent Mode: without your consent, the integrated services run in "denied" mode. In that case no cookies are set and no personal identifiers are transmitted; Google only receives cookieless signals about the consent state that are not linked to you as a person. The legal basis for using Tag Manager is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in centrally managing website tools) and, insofar as personal data is processed by the integrated services, your consent pursuant to Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR. Google also processes data in the USA; Google LLC is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework. Further information: https://policies.google.com/privacy

Google Analytics 4

With your consent, we use Google Analytics 4, a web analytics service provided by Google Ireland Limited. Google Analytics uses cookies (including "_ga" and "_ga_*", lifetime up to 2 years) and similar technologies to evaluate your use of the website, such as pages visited, time spent, approximate location, device and browser. Google Analytics 4 does not store IP addresses; they are truncated on servers in the EU before the data is forwarded. We use these evaluations to improve our offering. The legal basis is your consent pursuant to Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR and Section 25 (1) TDDDG. User and event data stored by Google is deleted after 14 months. Google may transfer data to the USA; Google LLC is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework. You can withdraw your consent at any time via "Cookie settings" in the page footer. Google also offers a browser add-on to opt out: https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout

Google Ads Conversion Tracking and Remarketing

With your consent, we use Google Ads, provided by Google Ireland Limited, to measure the success of our advertisements (conversion tracking) and, where applicable, to show you interest-based advertisements in Google services (remarketing). If you reach our website via a Google ad, Google sets cookies (including "_gcl_au", lifetime 90 days) which allow Google and us to recognise that you clicked the ad and visited certain pages, such as the request form. We only receive statistical evaluations and no data that would allow us to identify you personally. The legal basis is your consent pursuant to Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR and Section 25 (1) TDDDG. Google may transfer data to the USA; Google LLC is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework. You can withdraw your consent at any time via "Cookie settings" in the page footer and disable personalised advertising in your Google account: https://adssettings.google.com

Microsoft Advertising (Universal Event Tracking)

With your consent, we use Universal Event Tracking (UET) from Microsoft Advertising, a service provided by Microsoft Ireland Operations Limited, One Microsoft Place, South County Business Park, Leopardstown, Dublin 18, Ireland ("Microsoft"). Cookies are set (including "_uetsid", lifetime 1 day; "_uetvid" and "MUID", lifetime 13 months) which allow Microsoft and us to determine whether you reached our website via an ad on Microsoft Bing and which actions you took there (conversion tracking). We only receive aggregated statistics. The legal basis is your consent pursuant to Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR and Section 25 (1) TDDDG. Microsoft may transfer data to the USA; Microsoft is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework. Further information: https://privacy.microsoft.com/en-gb/privacystatement You can withdraw your consent at any time via "Cookie settings" in the page footer.

Your Rights

You have the right to obtain information about the data stored about you, to have inaccurate data corrected, to erasure, to restriction of processing, to data portability, and a right to object. You may withdraw any consent you have given at any time with effect for the future (Art. 7 (3) GDPR). You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority.

Storage Period

We store personal data only for as long as is necessary for the respective purposes or as required by statutory retention periods. Once the purpose no longer applies or these periods expire, the data is routinely deleted. The lifetimes of the cookies used are stated in the respective sections; you can also delete cookies in your browser at any time.
