Correct identification is the prerequisite for a reliable quotation. Where a part number is available from the machine's documentation or a previous order, it should be included in the inquiry. Where it is not, IME works from the brand, machine model designation and the serial number found on the type plate. This combination is usually sufficient to identify the correct component and specification. IME clarifies any open technical questions before issuing a quotation, so that the part offered matches the actual application.

The standard process runs as follows: the customer submits an inquiry by telephone, e-mail or the website contact form, providing the machine details and the part or assembly required. IME reviews the request and returns a quotation — typically within 24 hours — covering part availability, unit price and expected delivery time. Once the order is confirmed, dispatch is arranged according to the urgency and destination: European destinations are generally served by road freight, while intercontinental shipments move by air or sea freight depending on weight, volume and the customer's timeline.
